Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States. No shipping fee is added at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days in total. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship from, and where do you ship to?

All orders ship from within the United States. We currently deliver to U.S. addresses only.

Returns & refunds

Can I return a gazebo?

Yes. You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We pay for return shipping. Contact us first and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Products

Do the gazebos need to be assembled?

Yes, all of our gazebos require assembly. If you have questions about assembly, contact us and we'll help.

Is furniture included?

No. Furniture and decor shown in product photos are for display only and are not included.

Are the canopies waterproof?

The canopies are made from water-resistant polyester fabric. They provide shade and protection from light rain, but they are not designed to be fully waterproof in heavy storms.

How do I know which size fits my space?

Each product page lists the full dimensions (length × width × height) in feet and centimeters. Measure your space and leave some extra room around the gazebo for access.
