Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work at Berlove.

30-day returns

You can return an item within 30 days of the date it was delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your order number or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Free return shipping

We pay for return shipping. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label and instructions. You will not be charged anything to send an eligible item back.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@berlove.shop or call +1 (323) 385-6898 with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We reply within 1 business day with your prepaid return label.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier shown on the label.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Packages sent without an approved return request cannot be processed.

Refunds

When your return arrives, we inspect it and email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You will not need to pay any shipping costs.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us. We will work with the carrier and, if the package cannot be located, reship your order or issue a full refund.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under the 30-day return policy above.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
